Staff Headshots

Do you need headshots for your whole staff, such as bio photos on your company website that all match?
On-location headshots for your whole staff of 10, 30, or even a 100+ people is a breeze with the Organic Headshots process:
Step 1: Consultation
The photographer comes to your office to walk you through the process and work with you to choose a background, location, and to schedule the day(s) for your staff headshots.
Step 2: Photo Day 
Each staff member drops by the conference room where we set up the photo equipment to have their headshot taken, then looks at their photos on a laptop to choose their favorite.
Step 3: Delivery
Chosen photos are retouched, and all photos taken are delivered on CD/DVD in labeled folders for all the retouched photos chosen by the staff members, and folders for all photos taken of each individual.
Delivery options:
* Individual CDs for each staff member
* A master CD/DVD of all headshots taken, organized by staff member
* Multiple file sizes for both print resolution and web resolution
* Black and white or color images
* Cropping the photos to fit into a specific space on a website
* Working directly with your web designer to deliver image sizes for your site
* A wide variety of prints, from large wall hangings/floating canvases to business cards

FAQ:
Q: What is the turnaround time for getting the photos?
A: It depends on the number of photos and amount of retouching and resizing being done, but it averages about 1-2 weeks
Q: How long does each headshot take?
A: About 15 minutes for taking the photo and viewing the photos afterward on a laptop to choose the best one. We suggest giving everyone a 15-minute time slot with 10 minute breaks after every 5 people to pick up any possible slack if someone is late or takes a little longer. It takes about 30 minutes to set up the equipment at the beginning of the shoot day, and about 20 minutes to pack it up to leave.
Q: Can I choose the background color?
A: Of course! During the consultation, we'll bring samples of colors to choose from and let you know which colors are available now and which ones will take a few days to order before the shoot. We can help you choose the best background to either match or compliment the colors on your website, and can find custom backgrounds if you have something specific in mind.
Q: Can you match the backgrounds, lighting, and look of our previous headshots?
A: Yes!
Q: How much space is needed for the headshots?
A: We'll need a room such as a conference room that is about 12x10 feet at minimum, with one power outlet.
Q: If someone misses the headshot day in the office or we add a new employee, how do we get their headshot taken without re-taking the whole staff?
A: When you add new staff members and need to quickly take a few headshots to add to your staff but don't want to have us come out to re-take everyone's photos, they can come to our studio and we can recreate the same look and setup of the staff headshots. When we come out for the initial consultation, we will cover all your options for making sure new employees can get matching headshots at any time between staff headshot days. We also recommend re-taking the entire staff's headshots once every year to cover new additions to the staff and to keep everyone's look current: people change their hairstyles, age, gain/lose weight on a yearly basis. We will work with you on developing a plan that matches your needs.
Stock images:
While we're at your office, we can also take photos of textures, elements, and other items to use as stock photos for your website, marketing materials, or other uses. Purchasing stock imagery from a stock photo company can be expensive and even hold restrictions with where you can print or publish the images without credit. We can take stock photos for you on-site and of things you specifically request, then you hold all the rights of usage for any print, web, or any use you need.
